Packaging Material Systems
We combine rigid grayboard, wrapping paper and interior linings around the product weight and required finish. Our phone boxes pair a 2.0 mm grayboard core with a 157 gsm coated-paper wrap for full-color retail artwork. Perfume gift boxes offer specialty, soft-touch or leatherette wraps with satin or flocked interiors, allowing the outside texture and inside presentation to be specified together.
Box Structure Design
Our box formats include lid-and-base, drawer, magnetic book-style and collapsible designs. We size the box around the complete product set, allowing for protruding caps, existing product sleeves and the selected interior. Lid depth, drawer opening and closure position are adapted to each format so the box opens clear of the contents and closes without pressing on them.

Inserts & Product Retention
We provide paperboard, molded-pulp and foam inserts with separate positions for products and accessories. Phone packs separate the handset from the charger and cable; fragrance sets accommodate full-size bottles, miniatures and companion products in one layout. Finger openings or ribbon lifts make each item accessible, while the insert is fitted to the box to limit movement of the complete tray.
Single-Use Packaging: Materials & Structure
Our paper cups and bowls separate the food-contact lining from the printed or metallic exterior. PP meal containers are available in round, square and rectangular formats, with capacity and compartments arranged around the serving portion. Material and lid selection follow the intended food, filling temperature and use after delivery, including chilled storage or reheating. Gold-foil paper cups are intended for drink service and must not be used in a microwave.

Structural Prototyping & Fit Validation
We develop unprinted box samples for trial packing before the printed version is produced. The complete product set is fitted into the sample to check the closed lid, accessory spaces and removal of each item. A lid touching a bottle cap or an insert lifting with the product is corrected in the next sample. The approved sample and matching drawing establish the construction for production.
Material & Shipping-Volume Optimization
Material-saving options include adjusting board thickness and combining separate parts without removing the support the product needs. Collapsible boxes ship flat, rigid boxes ship assembled, and cups or trays can be nested when their shape permits. We match the outer carton to the finished pack dimensions and packing direction to reduce unused space. Units per carton and assembly work after delivery are considered together when selecting the shipping format.
